Afternoon tea in the Flower patch

Enjoy a relaxed afternoon tea set amongst the dahlias. 

Commencing from 2pm, each person will receive their own individual box with scones (2 per person), jam and cream with fresh coffee and an assortment of traditional and herbal teas to enjoy with your afternoon tea.

Your afternoon tea can be had at any of our perfectly situated benches, picnic rugs or tables.

Gluten-free options are available, and we are happy to accommodate other dietary needs with advance notice.

Take your time strolling through the dahlia field and enjoy the beauty of the flowers at your own pace.

To finish your visit, you’ll receive a gorgeous bunch of freshly cut dahlias to take home and enjoy or if you prefer you can pick your own dahlias.  Jugs are no included and can be purchased for $15.

Afternoon tea will be hosted outdoors in the dahlia patch at our farm in Lal Lal, Victoria (weather permitting). 

What to Bring

Please wear closed-toe footwear suitable for a working farm. The dahlia patch is in full sun, so we recommend bringing a hat or applying sunscreen. Shade will be available under event umbrellas only.

The farm address will be emailed to guests closer to the event date.

Ticket Information

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

Important Information

🌸Please note that no public toilets are available on-site. We kindly ask all visitors to use the public restroom located at the Lal Lal Falls a 5 minutes’ drive away. There you’ll also find a small playground and bbq facilities.

🌸Pets and dogs are not allowed at this event to protect our flowers and other guests.

🌸To ensure your safety, closed shoes are required as there may be some wet or muddy spots around the fields.

🌸Please refer to the Terms of service and understand you are taking full responsibility for your own safety on our property.

🌸Photos do not reflect the exact set up and are a guide only on what to expect on the day.

🌸This ticketed event requires prior purchase. No Walk-ins. Photos will be taken on the day. By registering for this event you consent to your photograph to be taken for use in The Paddock Lal Lal marketing and social media. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please advise the staff or the photographer on the day.
