Flower Stand Package

We hire out our flower stand with pre - arranged bouquets. Perfect for;

• Wedding Favours/ Thank You’s gifts
• Baby Showers and Engagement
• Business promotions/ Opening/ Giveaways
• Awards & Ceremonies
• Photo backdrop or display

This package includes:

• Flower Stand Hire
• 8-10 x regular sized bouquets (wrapped and styled with ribbon)

Additional mixed bouquets available: $35 each

✨OPTIONAL ADD ON’S

Full Setup and Styling – Set up/ pack down available between Geelong - Ballarat (within 55km from Lal Lal) $100 extra. Maximum 2 hours

Delivery - Available within 75kms of Lal Lal and charged at 0.75 per km.

Flower availability depends on season and conditions. Below is a general guide:

Spring
Roses, Snapdragons, Stock, Delphiniums, Cornflowers*, Tulips, Iris, Ranunculus, Queen Anne’s Lace*, Achillea (Yarrow)*, Billy Buttons*, Forget-Me-Nots*, Fennel*, Lupins, Canna Lilies

Summer / Autumn
Sunflowers, Dahlias, Zinnias, Cosmos*, Gladiolus, Celosia*, Amaranth*, Aster China*, Yarrow*, Chrysanthemums, Lilies, Billy Buttons*

*Fillers (used to support and fill space around feature flowers - think support act to the main act)

• Bookings can be made via the website, but it’s best to confirm availability via email or Messenger first
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• Pickup is available the day before or the day of your event
• Full instructions provided – setup is super easy!
• A large car/SUV is recommended to transport all equipment
• Flexible return within the following week (confirmed in advance)
• Geelong return point available

Payment Terms:
• Full payment required 7 days prior
• A $200 bond is required (refunded once all items are returned undamaged)

Availability:
• Flower stand Package is available during growing season only: December – Early April

• Custom packages available upon request

• Bookings cannot be accepted within 7 days of your event - (We recommend booking well in advance to secure your date)
